Our implementation service is designed to integrate the Alex product into your educational environment smoothly and efficiently.

Training

Once the implantation completed, we offer comprehensive training for teachers and administrative staff.

Tracking Service

To ensure continued smooth operation, we offer a regular monitoring service.

After each work session, Alex informs the teacher of the results obtained by the student, allowing him/her to monitor the student's progress.

Messages to the teacher

After ensuring that the student has mastered the rule, as an assessment, Alex suggests that he/she take on a challenge that will allow him/her to earn his/her expert badge.

Learning situation #3

When the student shows that he/she has understood the rule, Alex offers him/her exercises that will force him/her to analyze various contexts and apply it. This step aims to ensure the retention of learning.

After the video, Alex goes over the sentences and guides the student to identify the syntactic structure and the rule. The student analyzes the sentence to understand it well. Throughout, Alex interacts with the student to ensure his/her understanding.

The work session begins with a situational setup. After welcoming the student, Alex shows a video illustrating the rule the student is having difficulty with.

The scene setting

The teacher has access to a reserved area that allows them to access all of the content. They can register students who have difficulty with grammar and plan work sessions with Alex. He will guide them towards mastering the rules that are causing them problems.

Reminders, Messages and History

Alex himself schedules reminders that will check, during a next work session, whether the student has retained the latest learning. Each session is also followed by a message to the teacher informing him/her of the student's results. For each student, a history allows him/her to follow individual progress.

Supervision of on-screen work

Using BioTrack technology, Alex can monitor students' behavior in real time, including their concentration and attention level. He can then intervene accordingly to better supervise the student's work session.

In the classroom, Alex goes far beyond traditional assistance with its dedicated application that allows students to capture and process worksheets in an innovative and efficient way. This advanced functionality transforms the management of homework and exercises into a fluid and precise process, thus offering personalized educational support and continuous assessment.

Corrections and follow-ups

Alex communicates with students constantly, either verbally, using on-screen selections, keyboard entries, even handwritten in a notebook, making learning more motivating.

Active communication

Thanks to a restricted access dashboard, teachers have 3,000 exercises, 500 reminders to check the retention of learning, 200 dictations and 300 videos, concerning more than 100 grammar rules. After indicating to Alex which content to use with a student, the latter will accompany him in his learning, at his own pace and without pressure.

Educational content

Alex is programmed to provide personalized assistance to students. At the request of the teacher who has identified a difficulty and scheduled a work session with a student, Alex helps the student overcome his difficulty by offering him adapted content and supporting him in his approach. A real-time history and messages to the teacher allow him to follow the student's progress.
